I discovered the joys of pot at a party where I didn’t smoke any. As the only person not smoking I got a decent contact high, and from there I’ve been figuring out how to get the most use out of it to help my various mental health issues; anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

I learn best through writing things down. After keeping notes on my phone for a couple years I wanted a place to organize and tag them so that I could sort through my notes more easily. I remembered that Blogger is a thing that exists, and you’re looking at the result.
